Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.

To Initiate a return, please email our team shop@petemikic.com and we’ll help coordinate.

If the item you are returning is bulky, we can help arrange your return.

Smaller may be returned to our head office address - please be sure that you have contacted us before sending any item for return.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact shop@petermikic.com we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that we will be unable to except returns on made to order, and bespoke items except in the event of manufacturing default.

Items must be in the same condition they were received, and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 - 10 working days for a refund to show up on statement.
